As a Casual Worker at Launch Housing, you’ll play a key role in providing safe, stable and welcoming environments across our 24/7 residential and crisis accommodation sites. You’ll work with people and families experiencing homelessness, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while responding to incidents, maintaining security, and supporting residents with care and respect.
This flexible role offers the opportunity to work across multiple sites, including youth foyers, family crisis accommodation, women’s services and health-focused housing. Shifts are available across days, evenings, weekends and overnights, giving you a variety of experiences across our programs. We have both SCHADS 3 and SCHADS 4 positions available.
We’re looking for compassionate, adaptable and reliable people who can work within established frameworks and contribute to positive client outcomes. You’ll use sound judgement, maintain accurate records, and be part of a team dedicated to empowering people to achieve their housing and personal goals.
