About You:

• Passionate about supporting independence and community inclusion
• Willing to provide personal care and support daily living tasks

Key Capabilities/ Experience:

• Proven experience supporting people with disability in community-based settings
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team
• Proven ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to support daily living tasks, including general household duties (cooking, cleaning, shopping)

Essential Requirements:

• Valid NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Current State Driver's Licence
• Right to work in Australia
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability)
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
• Basic computer literacy, including experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records

Desirable:

• Experience implementing behavioural support plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
