Communications Assistant - Staughton Vale / Work from Home

Koala Clancy Foundation
  • Work from home preferred, with occasional site visits - need to be Victoria based.
  • To limit emissions and time spent travelling, candidates living within 30 - 45 minutes drive of our headquarters are strongly encouraged to apply.

At Koala Clancy Foundation, we believe in the importance of communications to deliver environmental solutions. Our weekly tree planting days book out (and 95% of participants actually attend), our fundraising hits targets early, and our work is covered in high profile media outlets. Our membership is engaged and reliable. As a result, we can commit to big projects and achieve them. This is all down to exceptional communications.

We need a new Communications Assistant to work closely with the President & CEO. The work will have lots of supervision and direction initially, but will grow into a fairly independent role over time. There is a possibility of increased work hours over time too.

We believe in upskilling and promotion from within, so this is an ideal role for a early-career communications professional with experience under supervision, keen to learn the skills to step up to a more independent, leading role.
