Killara Foundation are thrilled to embark on an exciting new restaurant in a prominent CBD location. We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join our team ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring our high standards of service are maintained, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests.

Your leadership will be essential in managing and motivating the team, ensuring compliance with venue policies, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a management role
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
  • Extensive restaurant & bar experience
  • Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
  • Appropriate licences for restaurant Industry (RSA, First Steps)
