We are looking for a positive, ‘can-do' person to play a key administrative role within The Orange Door, a dedicated service for families experiencing family violence.
The Customer Service Officer role is focused on the brokerage function within The Orange Door, where families can be provided with immediate financial and practical support to enhance their safety. Working collaboratively with your Kids First and TOD colleagues, you will ensure financial and administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. While not working directly with clients, your vital work will make a big impact in supporting their journey.
