As part of our Community team, you will coordinate the day-to-day activities of our flagship community support and wellbeing program, Kidney Health 4 Life (KH4L). If you have health program coordination and promotion experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a drive and passion for making an impact, then we would love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the development and management of learning module content and other resources housed on the KH4L Hub
- Collaborate with teams to deliver high impact promotions across owned channels and key organisational events to drive registrations to KH4L
- Liaise with health professional networks and associations, conferences and medical media to ensure more referrals into KH4L
- Manage the registration process and data collection for all activities connected to the KH4L Hub, including user registrations, and event and service bookings
- Coordinate and monitor user engagement activities, ensuring optimal uptake, retention and impact
- Evaluate and report on activity to support further growth and improvement across programs and services.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven program coordination experience, preferably in a health-related field
- Demonstrated experience in preparing, consumer-friendly and engaging evidence-based health content for learning purposes
- Excellent written communication and ability to coordinate engaging marketing and promotional activities to increase engagement across various channels
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Intermediate to high level computer skills and use of a range of software, specifically Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems, End Note, Canva, CRM and email marketing platforms
- Demonstrated experience in collecting and disseminating consumer health information for use in development of initiatives, observing data protection and privacy laws.
