• Location: Melbourne – Melton, Box Hill, Port Melbourne
• Employment: Casual 
• Pay: $34–$38 per hour

We’re seeking experienced, compassionate Disability Support Workers to deliver person-centred support for participants with complex care needs and challenging behaviours. This role promotes independence, safety, and dignity in home and community settings.

Key responsibilities

• Support participants with complex care needs
• Assist with medication administration and health supports (training provided)
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support plans and de-escalation strategies
• Support daily living: meal preparation, personal care, and household tasks
• Facilitate community access and transport
• Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reports in line with NDIS Practice Standards

About you

• Experience supporting people with complex needs and challenging behaviours
• Calm, patient, and reliable, with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of NDIS quality and safeguarding requirements

Requirements 

• Certificate III/IV in Disability or equivalent (preferred)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
• Working With Children Check (if required)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport 
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
