The Opportunity

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people? If so, we are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our Children and Youth Services Portfolio as a Therapeutic Practitioner.

As an essential member of our Clinical Practice team, you will lead the implementation of our trauma-responsive, therapeutic care environment, fostering resilience and empowerment among the children and young people in our Therapeutic Residential Care (TRC) program. You will excel in facilitating reflective practice discussions, providing training, and supporting strategic projects to enhance practice capability. Additionally, you will be instrumental in evaluating and refining our therapeutic approaches, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the children and young people we serve. Your leadership skills will shine as you mentor our TRC staff, engage in reflective and clinical supervision, and promote a safe and inclusive work environment. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new therapeutic programs and initiatives, staying current with best practices and research in the field of trauma-informed care. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will help us achieve our goal of delivering exceptional care and support to every child and young person in our program.

This is an incredible opportunity to join a passionate, highly motivated team dedicated to delivering high-quality services that achieve positive outcomes for the children and young people in our program.
