We are a growing and innovative social enterprise supporting more than 8,500 South Australians each year through housing and community services including domestic violence and crisis support; child protection; homelessness programs and counselling. As an Outreach Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing superior support and interventions that improve outcomes for those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and enjoy the flexibility and autonomy of managing your own caseload. Your ability to liaise with a wide range of agencies, groups, and individuals will be critical to successfully providing high-quality, mobile, and client-focused homelessness support services.
Your sound communication skills will be highly valued in providing assistance, advocacy, and information to the individuals we support and, wherever possible, empowering them to maintain their tenancies. You will be proactive and professional with a passion for excellence in case management of children, adolescents, single/ couple adults, and families with varied and complex needs including mental illness and AOD.
