Jumpleads is a growing not-for-profit social enterprise delivering projects that strengthen communities across regional Australia.

We're seeking a locally based Community Engagement & Education Officer to support an exciting household energy education project across the Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla regions.

This hands-on role is focused on helping residents better understand energy efficiency, electrification, reducing household energy costs, and accessing government rebates and support programs. You'll be the local face of the project, building trusted relationships, delivering community events and helping households make informed decisions that can improve both their finances and comfort.

We're looking for someone who:

• Loves connecting with people and building relationships
• Is confident speaking with groups and facilitating conversations
• Enjoys working independently and taking initiative
• Has experience in household energy efficiency, electrification and sustainability education
• Knows the local area and enjoys being active in the community
• Wants meaningful work that creates genuine local impact
