Dillon House provides residential 24/7 supported accommodation for up to 3 young people 16-24 years old, who require support to develop their independent living skills and/ or who exhibit behaviours (i.e., mental health or substance misuse issues) which could place them at risk in independent accommodation. Dillon House offers a safe and welcoming home where young people are supported to develop independent living skills including cooking, meal planning, shopping, budgeting, and banking.
We are seeking a qualified, experienced and enthusiastic Afterhours Support Worker, Dillon House to join our team working in a residential setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualised after-hours support to participants to develop their independent living skills and reduce their chances of reoffending via a range of recreational, pro-social and personal development activities.
