Impact North supports Indigenous social enterprises and community-led businesses across the Northern Territory through programs, coworking spaces, and a connected community that helps entrepreneurs grow and create lasting impact.
We are looking for an exceptional relationship builder to be the heartbeat of our community engagement - building trusted, face-to-face relationships with Indigenous social enterprises, members, alumni, and strategic partners across the NT.
You will be on the ground, travelling regularly to regional and remote areas, listening deeply, connecting people to opportunities, and ensuring our community feels supported and valued. This is a senior practitioner role with no direct reports - you will work collaboratively across our leadership and program teams.
Build deep community relationships through in-person engagement
Grow and nurture our membership community
Shape events and program engagement
You are a natural connector with exceptional relationship-building skills and a community-first mindset. You love in-person engagement, are comfortable with regular regional travel, and can balance relational work with outcomes.
Work at the intersection of community, impact, and Indigenous entrepreneurship with a passionate team committed to creating lasting change across the Northern Territory.
