About Us:

MS Research Australia is the largest national not-for-profit organisation dedicated to funding, coordinating, educating and advocating for multiple sclerosis (MS) research as part of the worldwide effort to solve MS.

Our goal is to accelerate research: into the cause, better treatments and prevention, with the aim of ultimately finding a cure. There is a small team of dedicated individuals relied upon for all aspects of the operations. Therefore, overheads are low ensuring more of the fundraised dollar is directed straight to the best MS research.

About The Role:

The Gifts in Wills and Planned Giving Manager is a key member of a small yet high performing fundraising team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for implementing the Gifts in Wills strategy and managing the annual operational plan to grow the Gifts in Wills pipeline and long-term revenue for the organisation.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Able to demonstrate experience in successful fundraising campaign management
• Experienced in direct marketing and digital fundraising
• Analytical, data-driven and results focused
• Donor centric with proven experience stewarding donors and building relationships
• Able to influence others and foster a supportive internal culture
• Able to articulate vision, mission and progress through effective storytelling
• Proactive in identifying new promotional opportunities for programs
• Previously experienced in or exposed to Gifts in Wills fundraising (desirable)
