VACRO is an independent not-for-profit working with people caught in the criminal justice system and their families. Founded in 1872, we are Victoria’s oldest and only specialised criminal justice reintegration service. We provide reintegration, family, and employment support that enables people to create new beginnings for themselves and their families.
This exciting role needs your disability sector know-how coupled with your wealth of experience working with clients with a range of disabilities, particularly those with cognitive impairments.
Working collaboratively with the ReConnect Program Manager, you will build the capacity of our passionate outreach team to improve outcomes for forensic clients with disabilities. The focus is to develop our field workers’ specialist disability case management skills and build connections with disability networks to facilitate referrals. In addition, you will work as a specialist disability subject matter expert to identify ongoing training needs and develop practical learning resources.

This role is classified at Level 6 (pay point dependent on qualifications and experience) of the SCHADS 2010 Award.
