So as a NDIS Youth Consultant at Omnia Inclusive, what will a day in your life involve?
NDIS Youth Consultants deliver group and individual training to develop participants skills and confidence and to support with achieving their employment, independence and social goals. They use their creativity and understanding of learning to develop content and tailor workshops to suit needs of unique groups.
NDIS Youth Consultants provides end to end support for Omnia Inclusive participants/candidates in preparation for employment and/or life skills, including internal training, workplace and community support and to ensure positive, productive outcomes for Omnia Inclusive participants/candidates.
NIDS Youth Consultants work with dedicated NDIS Youth Workplace Consultants to develop the skills and employability of participants and ensure progress towards individual career and life goals.
The drive and ambition to design and deliver creative workshops to engage and support youth with all abilities
Your stellar communication and customer service skills will shine in this role. You'll be a great problem-solver, able to think outside the box. Occasional emotional challenges are an inherent part of this role. You may not have a formal qualification, and that's OK!
We're looking for people who have had either life or working experience in supporting disadvantaged individuals and have experience achieving targets and KPI's

This position is required to undertake all necessary National Police Check and any State/Territory Working with Children Check, and the NDIS Worker Screening check.
