About the role

We are currently recruiting in the Springfield Lakes and Annerley areas to support two female participants. This role involves meaningful, one-on-one support and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in people’s lives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily living tasks, routines, and personal care
• Supporting capacity building and skill development
• Assisting with social outings, appointments, and community access
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and goal achievement (including study goals)
• Writing clear and accurate progress notes and incident reports
• Supporting individuals with complex needs, including behaviour management where required

Position Requirements

• 100 points ID - Passport/Driving License/Aged Card etc.
• Rights to Work in Australia (Birth Certificate/VEVO)
• Driver's license & access to own vehicle
• NDIS Orientation Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Qualification in Human Services (obtained or currently studying)
• Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• NDIS Screening (or willing to obtain)
• First Aid & CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Comprehensive Car Insurance (or willing to obtain)
