An exciting opportunity exists to join our close-knit People and Culture team as a People Partner. Our People and Culture team exists to strengthen employee and client experiences by uniting ONE TEAM IPC Health so that they can meaningfully partner for life with our community. As a trusted partner to your client group's leaders, you will deliver quality, responsive and client-focused business-partnering services and advisory through pragmatic and practical advice and solutions, supporting leaders to develop action plans and in the delivery and monitoring of outcomes.
You will also have an opportunity to contribute to the overall provision of quality Partnering and Employee Relations and broader P&C services across IPC Health, including contributing to the application of Future Workforce Strategic actions and measures. You will also make a difference through the identification and development of appropriate people management strategies and outcomes aligned to IPC Health’s strategy.
