About the opportunity
Undertake administration, sales and relationship support within a thriving workplace culture and be provided with opportunity to grow and develop to achieve your full potential. Reporting directly to the General Manager Commercial and as part of a small team, you will:
- Manage enquiries from customers about programs and services, identify sales opportunities, help customers identify needs and respond with appropriate information
- Conduct industry/prospect research to help prepare for sales opportunities and approaches
- Maintain CRM database information
- Support annual Partner planning and ongoing Partner/customer meetings, including data collection, presentation preparation, note taking and action item follow up and ensure activity plans are up-to-date, monitored and tracked for activity
- Work with the Marketing and Digital teams, to support development of customer sales collateral and proposals and follow-up on leads from marketing campaigns
- Prepare various reports and undertake internal data analysis
- Contribute to continuous improvements of solutions, experiences, reporting, systems and processes
Key requirements
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service and administration – Including experience identifying customer needs and providing suitable recommendations and solutions
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with outstanding attention to detail
- Experience with CRM databases (ideally in a sales environment) and MS Office
- Experience working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (administration/business/sales/marketing) and/or experience in HR, WH&S, training support, or workplace mental health/wellness will be an advantage.
