Work as part of Human Resources Team and use your skills and strengths to develop strategies and programs to enhance the performance, engagement and psychological wellbeing of employees by focusing on a healthy work/life balance, strengthening culture and building better teams.
This role provides flexible working hours and days, with an expectation that some after hours and weekend work may be required. Your will be based at our Ferntree Gully office, and report directly to our human resources team leader. You will also receive clinical supervision and mentoring.

In addition to the safety screening, the successful applicant will be required to provide proof of currency for: first aid certification – Provide First Aid HLTAID0012, manual handling and undertake the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
As mandated by the Victorian State Government, all authorised workers, including Interchange Outer East office based and direct support staff must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by 26 November 2021.
