You are someone who leads with empathy, clarity and confidence. You are child-focused and skilled in supporting parents who may be experiencing conflict, vulnerability or challenging family dynamics. Your approach helps create safe pathways that promote children’s wellbeing and strengthen family relationships.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Coordinator to lead our Children’s Contact Service (CCS) in Coolangatta. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role within a well-established, award-winning not-for-profit committed to supporting families for more than 100 years.
In this leadership role, you will lead a small, passionate team delivering safe, neutral, and child-focused contact arrangements for families experiencing separation and conflict.
You will play a key part in helping children maintain meaningful relationships with family members in a supportive, structured environment. This includes overseeing supervised contact visits, supporting smooth changeovers, and ensuring best-practice child-centred service delivery.

The position is a Fixed-term contract until 30 June 2028, working 75hrs per fortnight, Monday to Friday in our Coolangatta office.
The hourly rate is in line with a SCHADS Award Level 6, $63.00 per hour (Mon-Fri), $94.50 per hour (Sat).
