Our client, a leading NFP provider of disability services requires a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the running of a number of facilities dedicated to supporting people with neuro-degenerative disorders such as MS, Huntington’s and ABI.

This position is responsible for the management, development, delivery and evaluation of supported accommodation programs through a person-centred approach. The objective is to maximise resident participation, provide them with the opportunity to make information decisions and life choices, and ensure their involvement in their community.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Qualification as a Registered Nurse
  • AHPRA registration
  • Significant management/leadership experience
  • An understanding of the complex clinical needs of clients with advanced neurological conditions such as Huntington’s, MS and ABI
  • Experience working across multiple sites
  • The ability to contribute to organisational strategic and business planning process
  • Experience in working closely with, and maintaining sustainable partnerships, with external stakeholders such as funding bodies and other stakeholders, including residents, their families and advocates
  • An understanding of the needs of carers, clients and families
  • Compassion, empathy and a passion for making a positive difference
