As Head of Product, Digital Empowerment Suite, you will shape the future of Infoxchange’s flagship digital products used every day by governments, community organisations and frontline services to improve outcomes for people experiencing disadvantage and help deliver real social impact at scale. This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic product leadership, commercial ownership and purpose-driven work.
We are open to permanent or fixed‑term appointments (up to two years), and flexibility in working days (4–5 per week). Location either Richmond, Melbourne (by the Yarra) or Brisbane (by Southbank).
Infoxchange is a not‑for‑profit social enterprise using technology to improve outcomes for people and communities experiencing disadvantage. Its Digital Empowerment Suite – including Client and Case Management (CCM), the Service Directory and associated digital products built on the One‑IX architecture – is used by government and community organisations across the sector in Australia.
As demand for digital solutions grows and technology advances, Infoxchange is expanding its product capability and is therefore excited to be establishing this new role, reporting into the COO.
As Head of Product, Digital Empowerment Suite, you will lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap and performance of our Client & Case Management platform, national Service Directory and related digital empowerment offers built on the One-IX architecture.
You will own the portfolio P&L, ensuring these products deliver exceptional customer value, measurable social impact and sustainable growth aligned with Infoxchange’s vision of technology for social justice.
You will lead a small product team and work closely with development, engineering, service delivery, marketing, and customer engagement teams to drive market-leading solutions for the community services sector.
The role is both strategic and hands-on, combining market insight, sector knowledge and product craft to drive adoption, retention and innovation across the suite.
You are an experienced product leader who combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen and a deep commitment to social impact. You have a strong track record leading B2B SaaS products or portfolios, are comfortable owning P&L and making trade‑offs, and know how to turn strategy into clear roadmaps and outcomes through cross‑functional teams. You are a compelling communicator and ambassador, equally confident in conversations with executive stakeholders, customers, partners and technical teams, and you thrive in environments where you can build, shape and mature product practices. Above all, you are motivated by improving societal outcomes and are excited by the opportunity to use technology to strengthen communities at scale.
Applicants must be willing to undergo a police check as a condition of employment with Infoxchange and must be Australian citizens or permanent residents. Temporary and bridging visa holders are not eligible for permanent positions.
