We are seeking candidates with lived experience in the global south (preferably Asia pacific)  or lived experience as a member of a diaspora community within Australia to apply. The purpose of the Development Committee to the Board (DCB) is to provide regular expert advice and guidance to the indigo foundation Board on indigo foundation’s community partnerships and development program, focusing on the degree to which they support the goals, guiding principles and focus areas in indigo foundation’s Strategy 2023-2027.

We believe that diversity will make us a stronger organisation. The role can be based anywhere in Australia. We are looking for someone that can make a 3 year commitment.

The current DCB comprises four people with international development experience. It meets four times a year virtually, with one face to face meeting annually.
