About the Opportunity
In this casual role, you will design and deliver accredited, group-based education programs that support people with intellectual and cognitive disability, and those experiencing social isolation, to build skills, confidence and employment pathways for Office Administration and Creative Industry roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accredited training and assessment in line with Training Packages, AQTF, VRQA and RTO compliance requirements
- Design and contextualise lesson plans, assessments and learning resources to meet individual learner needs
- Facilitate engaging face-to-face, blended and virtual learning sessions
- Assess learner competency and provide constructive, strengths-based feedback
- Maintain accurate student records, documentation and compliance evidence
- Participate in validation, moderation and continuous improvement activities
- Support learners on placement or work experience in collaboration with internal staff
- Promote a child-safe, inclusive and respectful learning environment
What we are looking for
You will bring:
- A genuine commitment to Inclusion Melbourne’s values
- Demonstrated experience delivering accredited education or training programs, ideally to diverse cohorts
- Strong skills in adapting curriculum and resources for learners with disability
- Excellent communication, documentation and organisational skills
- A collaborative, flexible and professional approach
- Facilitation or training experience in the digital industry
- Qualifications and experience in graphic design and associated creative digital skill sets
Checks & Requirements (Essential)
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent/successor)
- Experience delivering a variety of Certificate courses such as Certificate 1 Work Education, Certificate 1 Transition Education and Certificate 3 Individualised Support- Disability/Ageing
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Victorian Driver’s Licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle
- Compliance with Inclusion Melbourne’s vaccination policy
- Commitment to upholding the Victorian Child Safe Standards

Safety Screening
Inclusion Melbourne’s recruitment procedures reflect our commitment to the safety of the people we support. You must have a valid NDIS worker screening clearance check and Working with Children Check before commencing work. You will also be required to undertake the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission’s free online Worker Orientation Module prior to commencing.
