About the Opportunity  

Inclusion Melbourne is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Services to lead and shape our client-facing service teams, including Direct Support, Community Support, Support Coordination, and Education & Training. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is pivotal in ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and growth across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to:

  • Oversee and strengthen service delivery departments with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
  • Provide high-level operational and people leadership, supporting teams to achieve Inclusion Melbourne’s vision of people living fulfilling, inclusive lives.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, quality, and safety standards, including the NDIS and organisational policies.
  • Lead and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.

What we are looking for 

We are seeking a values-driven leader with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in management, human or social services (or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a senior operational leadership role within disability or community services.
  • Strong team leadership skills and a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience in operational compliance, risk management, and quality frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and service planning.
  • Experience in the NDIS or similar service environment.
  • Victorian driver’s licence and willingness to undergo NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Working Arrangements 

Location: Head Office in Camberwell, with hybrid flexibility.

Contract conditions will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

Safety Screening:

Inclusion Melbourne’s recruitment procedures reflect our commitment to the safety of the people we support.  You must have a NDIS worker screening clearance check before commencing work.  You will also be required to undertake the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission’s free online Worker Orientation Module prior to commencing.
