The Royal Flying Doctor Service (South Eastern Section) (RFDSSE) provides lifesaving aeromedical and primary healthcare services to rural, regional, and remote communities.

Impact you will have in this role

As the Face to Face Fundraising Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of RFDSSE's face to face donor acquisition program. Reporting to the Face to Face Manager, you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring accurate reporting, effective agency relationships, efficient stock management, and strong administrative support.

Working closely with external fundraising agencies and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure campaigns run smoothly, donor experiences are positive, and the program continues to deliver strong acquisition results in support of RFDSSE's mission.

We are seeking a highly organised and resilient individual with strong administration, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. You will be confident working with suppliers and internal stakeholders, have exceptional attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in face to face fundraising, telemarketing, campaign coordination, or a similar operational role would be highly regarded. Most importantly, you will bring maturity, curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt in a constantly evolving channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day administration and reporting of the face to face fundraising program, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Support with the management of agency relationships, including campaign coordination, complaint resolution, location approvals, and supplier engagement
  • Oversee program finances, including invoice processing, expenditure tracking, and cost allocation reporting
  • Maintain fundraising materials and logistics, ensuring agencies are equipped to deliver successful campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support program performance, identify improvements, and drive continuous growth
  • Support compliance with organisational policies, safety standards, and fundraising best practice requirements
  • Contribute to special projects, events, and new initiatives as the program evolves

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in face to face fundraising, telemarketing, campaign coordination or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong eye for detail
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management and project coordination skills
  • Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify innovative and practical solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reporting and presentation capabilities
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
  • Resilient, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a genuine passion for the mission of the Royal Flying Doctor Service
