Build meaningful partnerships, increase engagement and deliver impactful events that drive real outcomes for young people experiencing homelessness.
The Property Industry Foundation (PIF) is an industry-wide collaboration uniting leaders across the property and construction sector to address youth homelessness in Australia.
Through its flagship program, The Haven Project, the foundation funds and builds homes for young people at risk. In the past five years alone, PIF has delivered over 109 new bedrooms for homeless youth across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with a strong pipeline of future projects underway.
The Property Industry Foundation is values-led, collaborative, and deeply connected to industry. The organisation believes that meaningful partnerships can deliver real, measurable social impact and this role sits at the heart of that mission.
This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact events and engagement initiatives that directly support increasing accommodation for young people experiencing homelessness.
As the Events & Engagement Manager, you will drive the planning and delivery of fundraising events and stakeholder engagement activities across Queensland. Through building strong relationships, securing sponsorship and delivering exceptional events, you will play a key role in growing fundraising outcomes and strengthening community support for this important cause.
Your work will connect corporate partners, donors and volunteers to meaningful impact - helping translate engagement into tangible outcomes for vulnerable young people.
You are a relationship-driven professional who enjoys bringing people together through engaging events and meaningful connections. You thrive on building strong partnerships with corporate stakeholders, sponsors and the wider community, and are confident creating opportunities that grow engagement and participation.
You have a natural ability to connect with people, whether it’s developing new relationships, nurturing existing partnerships or delivering events that inspire ongoing involvement. You balance creativity with organisation, ensuring events run seamlessly while also strengthening stakeholder engagement.
Proactive and collaborative, you’re comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you’re motivated by creating engaging experiences that connect people to a meaningful cause and drive real impact.
If you are passionate about creating impactful events, building strong partnerships and contributing to meaningful social change, we would love to hear from you. Please click "Apply Now" and submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your interest and suitability for the role.
