Are you a detail-oriented Salesforce professional who enjoys combining data, systems and people to deliver a meaningful impact?

As a valued member of the Donor Experience team, the Donor Relations & Salesforce Administrator is critical to managing the back-end of Salesforce including actioning Salesforce Change requests and creating reports. This role will enable ongoing consistency and operational excellence throughout a 12-month parental leave period as it maintains Salesforce data integrity, provides insights regarding best practice use of Salesforce and ensures high-quality donor stewardship.

The Impact You Will Have in This Role

This position will maintain a high-performing Salesforce environment through data accuracy, troubleshooting issues and resolving Salesforce Change requests as well as donor interactions that are timely, accurate and thoughtful.

Your work will directly support donor retention, campaign effectiveness and organisational decision-making by delivering trusted data, Salesforce streamlined processes and responsive system support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and accurate donor support across enquiries, donation processing and acknowledgements
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce, including imports, exports and data verification
  • Manage the back-end of Salesforce – including actioning Salesforce Change requests and identifying system improvements to support efficiency and an excellent donor experience
  • Develop dashboards and produce reporting from Salesforce and assist with validating data insights
  • Support the transition from Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack to Salesforce Agentforce Nonprofit
  • Collaborate meaningfully with the donor experience, fundraising, finance and marketing teams

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex and collaborative non-profit or fundraising environment
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce in a hands on, back-end capacity
  • Strong capability with data management, imports and reporting
  • Solid background supporting donor relations, fundraising or supporter care
  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce Nonprofit and/or leading the transition to Salesforce is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail with highly developed organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting issues, identifying improvements and maintaining best practice use of Salesforce
  • Ability to remain calm, adaptable and solutions-focused while working in an evolving environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with a highly collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  • Salesforce certification desirable
  • Exposure to EDM sends through Marketing Cloud preferred
