Are you a detail-oriented Salesforce professional who enjoys combining data, systems and people to deliver a meaningful impact?
As a valued member of the Donor Experience team, the Donor Relations & Salesforce Administrator is critical to managing the back-end of Salesforce including actioning Salesforce Change requests and creating reports. This role will enable ongoing consistency and operational excellence throughout a 12-month parental leave period as it maintains Salesforce data integrity, provides insights regarding best practice use of Salesforce and ensures high-quality donor stewardship.
The NORTH Foundation is the official fundraising partner of the Northern Sydney Local Health District including Royal North Shore Hospital, Ryde Hospital, Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital, Northern Beaches Hospital and the Kolling Institute.
The NORTH Foundation works to create a future where their community benefits from quality healthcare and there are no barriers to what can be achieved through innovative health research and patient care. They exist to deliver better patient outcomes and show that through giving, we can bridge the gap between what is needed today and what is possible tomorrow.
Being a part of the NORTH Foundation will give you the opportunity to work with hospitals and research units, supporting innovative health research and the delivery of exceptional care for patients (and their families) in ways that are meaningful and valuable to each individual patient.
This position will maintain a high-performing Salesforce environment through data accuracy, troubleshooting issues and resolving Salesforce Change requests as well as donor interactions that are timely, accurate and thoughtful.
Your work will directly support donor retention, campaign effectiveness and organisational decision-making by delivering trusted data, Salesforce streamlined processes and responsive system support.
You thrive in an environment in which you’re helping others, with a strong sense of ownership over your work. You excel at being a Salesforce expert and take pride in maintaining accurate, high-quality donor data in Salesforce and delivering reporting that enable teams to perform at their best.
You bring proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative values and are committed to working cohesively with multiple stakeholders while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
You demonstrate strong alignment with NORTH Foundation’s values of Integrity, Innovation, Impact, Compassion and Collaboration, with a genuine desire to contribute to meaningful community impact.
