The Immigration Advice and Rights Centre (IARC) is currently seeking expressions of interest for Solicitors to join our growing legal team.

The roles will be full-time contracts until 30 June 2025. IARC is open to discussing flexible work arrangements with potential candidates.

About the Solicitor role

You will provide free immigration law advice and assistance to migrants, refugees and people seeking asylum in NSW. You will advise on and appear at both tribunals and courts in relation to migration matters. You will also provide support to the Senior Solicitors and Principal Solicitor.

About you

• You hold or are eligible for a practicing certificate in NSW
• You have experience in/knowledge of Australian immigration law
• You have experience in matters at tribunals or courts

• Annual salary between $94,112 – $98,376, plus leave loading, and superannuation
