IARC is looking for a Senior Policy Officer!

IARC is looking for a Senior Policy Officer to advocate for positive changes in the immigration system and to keep IARC at the forefront of debate around immigration law. The Senior Policy Officer will be responsible for developing IARC’s policy practice and will use their expertise to translate research and practice evidence into compelling policy positions.

About IARC

IARC provides free legal advice, assistance and education on all areas of immigration, refugee and citizenship law. IARC’s work focuses on:

• victim-survivors of domestic, family and sexual violence;
• migrant workers experiencing workplace exploitation;
• refugees and asylum seekers; and
• family reunion.

About you

• High level skills in areas of research, policy analysis and development
• Ability to write quality submissions
• Knowledge or the ability to acquire knowledge of immigration law and policy
