Access Health and Community (AccessHC) is a leading not-for-profit healthcare provider with over 150 years of experience delivering inclusive, person-centered care across Melbourne’s inner and outer east and northeast.
With 550+ staff and 200 volunteers across 17 locations, we offer a wide range of integrated services to support diverse communities. Following our May 2025 merger with Inspiro, we’ve expanded our reach into the Yarra Ranges and strengthened our commitment to accessible, high-quality community health services.
We are proud of our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), strong Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, and our respect for the rights culture and contributions of First Nations peoples. At AccessHC, we are united by compassion, collaboration and community-led care to help people live healthier lives.
We are seeking a highly capable Executive & Portfolio Support to provide high‑level, hands‑on executive and operational support to the Executive Lead Practice Excellence & Integration and their portfolio. This is a pivotal role that enables executive effectiveness, supports informed decision‑making, and ensures portfolio priorities are planned, coordinated, and delivered efficiently.
Working at the centre of executive operations, this role is ideal for an experienced executive support professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys ownership and follow‑through, and brings a proactive, people‑centred approach to supporting senior leaders and complex portfolios.
In this pivotal role, the Executive & Portfolio Support will expertly manage and partner closely with the Executive to maximise their impact and time. The role ensures the effective functioning of the Executive and their portfolio through proactive management of workflows, priorities, planning, communication, and reporting.
This is a hands‑on executive operations role that goes beyond coordination and is central to the successful delivery of portfolio initiatives. You will actively progress actions to completion, prepare executive‑level materials, complete analysis and reports, and support timely communication so portfolio priorities are delivered on time and to a high standard.
You’ll also work closely with our administrative team to deliver a cohesive, collaborative support model that enhances organisation-wide operations.
This is a Permanent Part-time role (0.8 EFT) based at our Hawthorn corporate office with flexible working arrangements that includes work-from-home opportunities and occasional travel across sites.
