The Australian Human Rights Commission has a full-time ongoing position for a Senior Director - Human Rights Education, Partnerships and Projects. This position reports to the Chief Executive and leads our international engagement; workplace and communication education; and security agency partnerships teams.
This is an Executive Level 2+ role with a salary above the EL2 band subject to negotiation. The salary range for EL2 is $134,235 - $157,759 + 15.4% superannuation. This role is located in Sydney, remote and flexible working arrangements will be considered.
Key to this position is providing strategic leadership to other domestic partnerships and providing oversight of externally funded projects – reporting to the Projects & Partnerships governance subcommittee. This role will collaboratively engage with the Commission’s Policy Senior Executive and provide leadership to the Senior Policy Group as well as identifies new opportunities for policy partnerships and projects.
