Remote / Work from Home
Huddle is a not-for-profit organisation that brings together world-class practitioners in campaigning, organising, engagement and capacity-building. We work with NGOs, alliances, community groups and philanthropic initiatives focused on climate and community democracy to build the skills, leadership and infrastructure needed to create lasting change.
Building lasting capability is at the heart of what we do. We design and deliver high-quality training for organisers, campaigners and community leaders — developing the skills, confidence and systems that allow people and organisations to grow and sustain impact over time.
You're highly organised and thrive on turning strategy into delivery. You bring strong project management skills, confidence facilitating groups online and in person, and experience coordinating events or training programs. You're tech-curious, calm under pressure, collaborative and low-ego. You can step into established systems and keep things running without missing a beat. Political or community organising experience is highly desirable.
You'll join a small, supportive team, stepping into well-documented programs with a structured handover from the outgoing Coordinator and ongoing support from the Training Director.
