Summary:

Join our dedicated team as an Aged Care Support Worker. You will provide compassionate care and support to elderly clients, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their wellbeing. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic assistance.
• Provide companionship to clients in the home and community, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients' conditions.
• Support clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent qualification (desirable).
• Previous experience in aged care or a similar role (desirable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient attitude towards aged clients.
