Tjiwarl Contracting Services is entering a significant growth phase across mining services, transport and infrastructure projects. We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial management and business systems across multiple entities during this period of rapid expansion.

Reporting to the CEO, this is a senior role responsible for financial performance, controls, reporting and business systems across a growing group structure.

The Finance Manager will ensure the financial integrity, sustainability and scalability of TCS by delivering strong financial management, disciplined controls and fit-for-purpose systems

Key responsibilities:

• Lead financial management, reporting and controls across multiple entities and operating businesses
• Provide financial insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making, growth initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality financial reporting to CEO and Board
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations
• Lead implementation of finance and business systems
• Support commercial analysis for contracts and growth initiatives
• Identify financial risks and implement controls and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong governance and financial controls

About you:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance with CA/CPA highly regarded
• Senior finance experience in a growing commercial organisation
• Strong systems and process improvement capability
• Motivated by an ambitious vision and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
• Innovative and energetic, constantly looking for opportunities to add value to the business
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and cultural awareness
