The Role
We're looking for a dynamic and empathetic Customer Service and Admin Officer to help take Hit 100 to new heights. You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to help more people living with disability to achieve their health goals. You will be working in a dynamic start-up environment and gain broad business exposure as we evolve and diversify. A vital part of the Hit 100 DNA is creating a supportive and fun environment where we work together, play together and celebrate our wins together (in the business and on the Hit 100 table tennis table!)
Job responsibilities
- Continuous improvement of workflow and supporting processes
- Hands-on in day-to-day customer service activities, including:
- Advising customers on Hit 100's products and services
- Inbound customer orders and inquiries
- Converting inquiries into sales of Food and Clinical Services
- Placement of weekly orders and confirmation of delivery
- Solving customer issues and collecting feedback
- Weekly reporting on KPIs
- Driving activity to maximise customer retention
- Working closely with the Clinical Services and Food Operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Key Selection Criteria
Hit 100 is looking for a superstar with the following skills and experience:
- Genuinely cares about helping people. Passion for improving the health and wellbeing of vulnerable communities
- 2 years customer service experience in a Call Centre leadership role
- A background in disability services, healthcare, aged care, social work or case management is highly desirable
- Exceptional people skills and empathy, with an ability to build strong relationships with a people from a variety of backgrounds
- Great communication skills (written and verbal) and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A positive and energetic approach to the challenges and demands of a high-growth start-up
- The strategic perspective to stand back from how things are today and envision how the business can be improved
- Commitment to Hit 100's values of generosity, empathy, integrity, courage and optimism
