The Role

This role will be the ‘engine room’ within a busy Marketing and Communications team. The team has a diverse and expanding portfolio of activity – stretching from traditional brand and marketing communications support, to playing a central role in the development and rollout of HELP’s stakeholder and customer strategy.  The role will own marketing operations tasks, as well as providing support to projects and activities underway across the team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years experience in a senior administrator role in a complex organisation with direct experience working in a marketing, communications or events environment an advantage
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills including liaison with senior managers
  • Ability to learn quickly and be comfortable picking up new software skills
  • Eye for process improvement opportunities and ability to create and implement improvements
  • Capacity to work well under pressure, multitask, meet deadlines and coordinate suppliers
  • Eye for detail
  • Proactive, diplomatic, collaborative, natural relationship builder
  • Experience working in a fast pace, changing environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including using macro enabled templates
  • Preferred - intermediate Office 365, Sharepoint and other applications
  • Intermediate level knowledge of website content management systems and client relationship management systems an advantage but not essential
  • Current Drivers Licence
