About the role

The position will work within the Education & Training Team to support the development and delivery of learning solutions to build the capability of the headspace workforce. This includes developing training resources and learner communications, co-ordinating live training, and workshop delivery to support organisational change, knowledge transfer and user adoption of digital and technology services.

We are seeking

An ambitious, driven, self-starter with demonstrated work experience in developing learning resources. You will have:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in relevant roles developing learning resources, training, or supporting change management.
  • Proven ability to achieve outcomes within agreed timeframes and manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
  • An understanding of change management and adult learning principles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build strong relationships within a project/program team environment.
  • Proven track record in maintaining stakeholder relationships, including an ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in the creation of training resources such as manuals, quick reference guides and learner communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a productive team member.

To be eligible for this position you must
