We're now looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Advisor to join our Practice, Translation and Impact Division. You will play a key role in strengthening the quality, safety and effectiveness of services delivered across the headspace network.

what you'll do

You'll work within a dynamic, collaborative team to translate evidence into practice across the national headspace network.

You'll bring deep clinical expertise and a passion for improving youth mental health outcomes to design, develop and implement initiatives that strengthen service delivery, workforce capability and model fidelity across headspace centres.

This is a highly influential role where you'll contribute to national projects, shape clinical resources and practice guidance, and support continuous quality improvement across one of Australia's most recognised youth mental health platforms.

what you'll bring

You are a clinically experienced professional who has strong frontline understanding and the ability to influence practice at a broader national level.

You will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, nursing, occupational therapy or counselling
• Extensive clinical experience in mental health, particularly working with young people and their families
• Strong knowledge of youth mental health, early intervention approaches and contemporary service models
• Experience translating evidence into practice through projects, resources, training or quality improvement initiatives
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing clinical or practice-based materials
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across diverse groups
• Proven ability to manage projects, prioritise competing demands and deliver outcomes

Requirements

• Satisfactory National Criminal History Check
• Valid Working with Children Checks
• Full working rights in Australia
• Eligibility for professional registration or membership (AASW, AHPRA, ACA or PACFA as relevant)
