About the role

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and implement projects according to strict deadlines, scope and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing an integration project and initiatives that are utilised by the headspace services and centre network to enhance their service delivery.

Reporting to the Program Manager - Technology and Business Transformation, the Project Manager will have responsibility for the delivery of digital product solutions to meet the objectives of the individual divisions of headspace within a whole of company digital initiatives by ensuring alignment against business strategy, policies, and technical standards.

Who are we looking for

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong knowledge and experience in project management, technical product management, website integration and user experience focus on continuous improvement and delivery. The position is highly collaborative, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role will also be hands-on in leading and facilitating the planning and delivery of co-design, ideation and solution prototyping, project delivery coordination and management of our vendor deployments. The role will have technology ownership of a key headspace project and manage the delivery projects related to the enhancements and lifecycle of the program.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in vendor management to ensure effective delivery and ongoing management of online systems and enterprise applications. Naturally, you will display highly developed organisational and project coordination skills, along with strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships internal and external to the organisation.

To be eligible for this position you must

  • Hold a relevant qualification in project management, or have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, including delivery across a broad range of application-based projects
  • Proven practical ability for planning, implementing, and controlling projects dependent on provision of services by external providers.
  • Experience in the detailed definition and documentation of online systems and solutions.
  • Exposure to a range of different Content Management Systems, Application Programming Interfaces for website solutions
  • Have the right to live and work in Australia
  • Have a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent, and/or pass all of the WWCC(s) required for this role (please note that for some roles, headspace requires WWCCs for other State/Territories in addition to your Home State)
  • Satisfactorily undergo a headspace Police Check
