Tell me about the role…

The Project Manager will have responsibility for the delivery of IT solutions to meet the objectives of the individual divisions of headspace within a whole of company IT strategy; creating strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning; providing ongoing support of business applications; continually reviewing business requirements.

Key deliverables of this role will be:

  • Direct and manage application project development from beginning to end.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

What we're looking for

headspace is seeking

  • A minimum of 5 years' project management experience including a high level of experience and proven track record of delivery across application-based projects.
  • Proven practical ability for planning, implementing, and controlling projects dependent on provision of services by external providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent results.
  • Experience in the detailed definition and documentation of online systems and solutions.
  • Previous experience in delivering Data driven projects
  • Strong alignment with the values of the organisation
