The First Nations Wellbeing and Healing team is part of the First Nations Wellbeing and Engagement Division at headspace National. The team provide guidance in delivering culturally safe, holistic, and culturally appropriate care to First Nations individual and communities.

This is a great opportunity join our First Nations Wellbeing and Engagement division with the opportunity to shape the Cultural Supervision program as it develops.
The Wellbeing and Healing team focusses on embedding cultural safety in the clinical delivery of the headspace model of care, grounded in First Nations approaches to Social and Emotional Wellbeing.
As the Program Lead, Cultural Supervision, you will lead and deliver culturally informed individual and group cultural supervision to staff across the headspace Centre Network and Digital Mental Health Programs that supports culturally safe and responsive online mental health service delivery by supporting clinicians and First Nations staff to reflect on their work and deepen their cultural understanding.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven ability to develop strong, respectful relationships with First Nations communities, organisations and representatives.
