This is much more than system administration.

You'll be the go to expert for our Learning Management System, ensuring our learning platform runs smoothly while continually improving the learner experience. You'll work closely with learning designers, subject matter experts, vendors and stakeholders across headspace to deliver innovative, engaging and accessible online learning.

From building new learning pathways and configuring courses, through to analysing learner engagement and supporting exciting system enhancements, you'll play a key role in helping thousands of people access quality education.

No two days are the same.

what you'll do

You'll:

  • Manage and continuously improve the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Configure online learning programs, learning pathways and digital resources
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert support to users
  • Partner with our LMS vendor on upgrades, enhancements and new functionality
  • Build reports and analyse learner engagement data to support business decisions
  • Support the creation and publishing of engaging eLearning content
  • Edit graphics and basic video content to enhance learning experiences
  • Manage LMS integrations and ensure data integrity across connected systems
  • Support learning innovation projects and improve the digital learner experience
  • Develop user guides and build capability across the organisation
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across headspace to deliver high-quality learning

what you'll bring

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy combining technology with learning and have a genuine passion for creating great user experiences.

You'll bring:

  • Experience administering a Learning Management System (or similar HR or learning technology platform)
  • Experience supporting online learning and digital education
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Excel and HTML
  • Experience with Python scripting (or the ability to support existing scripts)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A collaborative approach and a continuous improvement mindset.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Learning, Information Technology or a related discipline are highly regarded.
