what you'll do

Working in this role, you will:

  • Lead Be You quarterly contract reporting
  • Lead and prepare reporting and data insights for internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead coordination of internal conference/summit events such as Divisional National Meetings
  • Lead internal projects related to workforce delivery and workforce development
  • Coordinate Be You State teams to attend external conferences
  • Design and maintain systems and processes to improve efficiencies for the national and State teams
  • Represent Be You on internal working groups to facilitate integration between headspace programs
  • Lead rollout of change management processes for the Be You program
  • Support aspects of Be You delivery such as tri-org project teams by representation on relevant groups

what you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in project coordination and contracts management
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and project delivery skills including the ability to prioritise and achieve outcomes within agreed timeframes and under time pressure
  • Demonstrate the ability to pay attention to detail, problem solve and identify solutions to meet project deliverables within a deadline
  • A proven record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, email and web-based
