About you

• You are an experienced executive assistant looking for a 4 day per week role where you can make a difference
• You are motivated, pro-active, attend to detail and have an outcomes focus
• You are confident in managing a number of priorities simultaneously and efficiently
• You are professional in your approach and have good communication skills
• You care about healthcare experiences of people within our Queensland communities

About the role

This role works closely with the CEO to support HCQ's work and includes:

• Day to day oversight of the CEO’s diary, managing logistics and the co-ordination of key meetings and managing of events
• Working independently and proactively to ensure the CEO's programs of work progress as planned
• Supporting governance matters and activities
• Managing various correspondence workflows
• Initiating and finalising actions on specific matters within work deadlines
• Other EA support as required
