Housing for the Aged Action Group is a member-based, community organisation specialising in the housing needs of older people. Coming from grass-roots beginnings 40 years ago, HAAG today has over 900 members that actively campaign for housing justice.

About the role

We are seeking a person with management experience, who is familiar with the housing and homelessness, and/or aged care sectors. You must have a commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable older people and a flexible and tolerant outlook. Experience in managing people and service delivery outcomes is a must.

Our team consist of long-term and experienced workers, and you will be joining an organisation with a commitment to social justice, inclusiveness, and integrity. You will be well supported in our friendly workplace, with good working conditions and a supportive environment.

The position is a 9 day fortnight and we are flexible with hours, depending on the right candidate. We are in a central and convenient Melbourne CBD location, with very attractive above award conditions.
