About the role

G-Store have an immediate need for a superstar Inbound Sales Consultant in our Energy Efficiency & Water Management Division. They are looking for someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, with a passion for sustainability and an exceptional work ethic. You will be the first point of call for a large proportion of their customers.

About you

  • Sales background in one or more areas of hot water systems including solar hot water, heat pumps, stormwater management, rainwater tanks, pumps, heating or cooling
  • The confidence to provide tailored advice to developers, builders, architects, plumbers, electricians and other tradespeople depending on their requirements
  • Customer-focussed approach with demonstrated experience in creating suitable solutions for both B2B and B2C
  • A strong commitment to exceeding KPIs and motivated by targets
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage critical deadlines
  • Aptitude for working autonomously and with teams
  • Highly organised and can effectively multi-task
  • You are proficient with IT systems
  • Ambitious, driven and a disciplined self-starter

A generous base + uncapped commission structure is available and achievable. With on target earnings for this position, you would expect to earn up to $30,000 in commission, on top of your base salary. The base salary range is $55,000-65,000.
