THE ROLE

We’re looking for an interim Fundraising Coordinator to join our incredible Fundraising team on a three month contract (with possibility of a further three months).

As a Fundraising Coordinator, you’ll help to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our telefundraising programs, engage with external agencies, and work with the Acquisition Lead - Telefundraising to recruit new supporters. You’ll also be assisting in donor development through our Telefundraising Programs, and working on lead conversion and donor reactivation, as well as engaging with our existing supporters and establishing new donor development initiatives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’re looking for an excellent communicator who’ll be able to build relationships with our broad range of supporters, and work successfully in a team. You’ll be a confident multi-tasker with great attention to detail, and the ability to manage your time well, even when you’re under pressure.

You’ll also have:

  • Experience in stakeholder management and engagement, or administration;
  • The ability to use Excel spreadsheets to perform analysis and plan;
  • Understanding of fundraising in the not-for-profit sector; and
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and CIVIS are a plus!

  • Salary $73,769.95 per annum (pro rata) + Superannuation
