About the Role

As our Salesforce System Administrator, you will play a critical role in enabling Good Shepherd’s services through intuitive, secure and well-designed digital solutions.

Sitting within the Digital & Technology Team, you will take ownership of the Salesforce platform and work closely with service owners, the broader digital team and business stakeholders to design, deliver and continuously improve digital processes that support women, girls and families to thrive.

This role is hands-on and collaborative - combining Salesforce administration, process design, automation and continuous improvement - ensuring our digital platforms genuinely support how services are delivered across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and administer the Salesforce platform, ensuring stability, security, performance and scalability across the organisation
  • Design, configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, flows, automation, approvals and security settings to support end-to-end service delivery
  • Partner with service owners and stakeholders to design digital processes that reflect how Good Shepherd delivers services
  • Translate business needs and process changes into effective Salesforce configurations and automation
  • Manage Salesforce environments, releases and deployments, including sandboxes and coordination with vendors or internal teams
  • Monitor platform usage, data quality and user adoption, implementing improvements to maximise business value
  • Maintain clear Salesforce documentation, including configuration decisions, data models and admin runbooks
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for Salesforce-related issues, identifying root causes and sustainable solutions
  • Maintain a library of process models and contribute to defining and measuring process performance
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, automation and new Salesforce capabilities

About you

  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer in a complex organisational environment
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required, advanced certifications advantageous
  • Experience designing, delivering and optimising digital experiences for CRM nature
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly with business / non-technical stakeholders
  • Bonus: exposure to NPSP
