As a Data Enablement Analyst, you'll make data accessible, reliable and valuable to enable our business to focus on what matters most: achieving better outcomes for clients. You'll bring structure, clarity and discipline to how data is delivered across the organisation; partnering with internal stakeholders to get to the root of what teams actually need rather than simply responding to requests.
You’re a client/user focused data professional who cares deeply about how services are delivered - not just the technical output. You value clear ways of working, shared expectations, and strong partnerships between the data team and stakeholders. You’ll deliver consistent, high-quality reporting services by applying strong service management practices, automation and continuous improvement.
You believe that clear definitions, transparency, and ownership are essential to empowering end users to use data confidently in their day to day decision making and support this by producing clear documentation. You’re naturally curious, committed to continuous improvement, and enjoy exploring technology to solve well defined problems.

We currently offer microfinance programs and products, financial counselling and coaching, family and domestic violence support services, family and youth programs, playgroups, education programs and community houses. These services are complemented by research and strong advocacy to address the underlying structural causes of injustice, exclusion, and inequality.
