About the Role

As a Data Enablement Analyst, you'll make data accessible, reliable and valuable to enable our business to focus on what matters most: achieving better outcomes for clients. You'll bring structure, clarity and discipline to how data is delivered across the organisation; partnering with internal stakeholders to get to the root of what teams actually need rather than simply responding to requests.  

You’re a client/user focused data professional who cares deeply about how services are delivered - not just the technical output. You value clear ways of working, shared expectations, and strong partnerships between the data team and stakeholders. You’ll deliver consistent, high-quality reporting services by applying strong service management practices, automation and continuous improvement. 

You believe that clear definitions, transparency, and ownership are essential to empowering end users to use data confidently in their day to day decision making and support this by producing clear documentation. You’re naturally curious, committed to continuous improvement, and enjoy exploring technology to solve well defined problems. 

This role would suit: 

  • A Power BI developer or data analyst looking for a multifaceted role with strong stakeholder engagement, service ownership, and enablement responsibilities, or
  • A business analyst with experience in data-related projects who is keen to move into a data team and build deeper capability in reporting, analytics, and data services ownership. 

What the first 6 months of your role will look like:

  • Build and deliver reliable Power BI reporting services from Client/Case Management systems, CRMs, and other sources, ensuring high quality dashboards, data models, and analytics
  • Partner with stakeholders to refresh integrated data from Salesforce (Loan Management System) while managing priorities, feedback, and service performance discussions  
  • Deliver No-Interest-Loans analytics and visualisations that have a have direct impact on understanding how our clients interact with our services and produces actionable insights
  • Drive continuous improvement, building on new sources and improving existing ones to ensure services meet business needs
  • Support AI innovation and automation trials, providing training, onboarding, and guidance on responsible use

About you

  • Degree level qualification in technology degree or other relevant tertiary qualification  
  • Significant experience working with Power BI or similar reporting and visualisation tooling 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. 
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders including gathering requirements, creating and maintaining a backlogs and delivery roadmaps 
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills 
  • Curious and interested in a range of areas such as MicroFinance, social services and corporate functions
